Dry Fire for Long Range Shooting Practice

The Active Shooter/Terrorist Response class was a real eye opener for the students, particularly in the scenarios requiring longer range (25 yards or so) shots with their handguns. This is something you need to practice! As you practice shooting at longer ranges (and see June’s newsletter for some tips) try dry firing several times at each distance before you shoot. You will be surprised how quickly your long range shooting will improve if you include dry firing as an integral part of your long range shooting practice.
